RETURNS

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Process

  1. Request a Return: Use the “Start a Return” option down below or email our customer service at hello@bycouvered.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Ship the Item: Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@bycouvered.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
